Frequently asked questions
If you can’t find what you’re looking for, email our support team.
Why does the world need yet another notetaking application?
With most notetaking applications, you write notes and with time, a lot of the thoughts are lost. With our app, you write notes and are reminded of the thoughts through our daily email.
How do I apply for a job at Writebyte?
Feel free to email us at humans@writebyte.io. We are always looking for new talent!
Why are the notes' title and paragraphs limited in length?
Otherwise, the daily email would be a lot longer and wouldn't be as short and concise. 😊
Do you offer native iOS, Android, MAC, or Windows apps?
Unfortunately, we currently don't (though signing up for a paid plan increases the likelihood 😉). Though, we do offer a PWA on all of these platforms (e.g. on a mobile device, via the "Add to home-screen" feature).
